To the Practice Manager, I rarely complain & have never walked out of a medical practice. I am so sorry I indicated (currently) I am a retired RN. My most recent experience 12 years as Senior Practice RN in a 9 GP situation. I am fully aware of appointments & emergencies as we were a “lights & sirens “ Emergency facility close to Industrial/ & Australia Zoo. I don’t have issues waiting & many times have waited 1.5 to 2.5 hrs for a Renal Physician’s appointment. I am in a Private fund so was not expecting any favours. What’s my point? Your administration staff are polite, & respectful. My issue was the doctor called out another name and when I was told she was running late; the next excuse was she would still be a minute “writing up the previous patient’s notes!!” I, too had another appointment and couldn’t afford to miss it. That appointment involved paying someone for services rendered @ 1130hrs . You are able to check my appointment time and departure time. I do look forward to visiting Rozelle again as my family live here. I won’t be attending your practice; hopefully I won’t have the need so far from my regular practice. I went here earlier this year before going on a long overseas trip. Not only did the doctor tell me I couldn’t have my script filled to cover me while I was away for months, he condescended me and when I asked medical questions about my personal health by saying “he didn’t really know much about women’s health” and “to try someone else”. Actually shocked by the lack of care and misogyny displayed by this practitioner. What an embarrassment to your practice. Can’t believe the he is allowed to see young women, or any patient for that matter. Would report him if I could.

I use to see Dr. Portia Predny but eventually was just dropped due to her being overbooked all the time. As a long time patient I notice she become more and more distance and less helpful as time went on. Not acceptable in my book especially since its hard to find good trans friendly and affirming doctors these days and she use to be one of the best. The Medical Centre itself was ok but wait times where always in the hours of being late and they definitely didn't respect any notes taken, as they would continuously contract my partner even tho we noted to call me for anything to do with him as he can't handle phone calls. This was a regular issue Its sad I use to look up to places like this but in the end this is a remind that the long time patients don't really matter.
